Morgan Parkes Recruitment was established in September 2014, after Kate Morgan and Bonny Parkes met whilst working together at another local agency. Kate specialised in permanent recruitment, Bonny in temporary recruitment and both were the companies highest billers with a good reputation in the industry.
Kate and Bonny were determined to start an agency that focused on quality rather than quantity. Most of their business is gained by recommendation rather than typical recruitment sales processes. They feel that this results in a better service to their clients, who are given a dedicated account manager who takes time to learn about their business rather than bombarding them with unnecessary sales calls. Morgan Parkes Recruitment specialises in providing high quality temporary and permanent office based staff across the West Midlands and Warwickshire.
Morgan Parkes Recruitment now has a small team of dedicated consultants with industry experience, and the team will continue to grow for the foreseeable future.
