Morgan Parkes Recruitment was established in September 2014 by Kate Morgan (now Kate Thompson) and Bonny Parkes. With Kate specialising in permanent recruitment and Bonny in temporary recruitment, both had established strong reputations within the industry and shared a vision to create a recruitment business that prioritised quality over quantity, building long term relationships through a personal, honest and consultative approach.

Rather than relying heavily on traditional recruitment sales methods, Morgan Parkes has grown organically, with much of its business generated through recommendations, repeat business and client referrals. This relationship-led approach remains at the heart of the company today. Every client benefits from a dedicated account manager who takes the time to understand their business, culture and recruitment needs, delivering a tailored service rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.

Not only were they extremely sympathetic to my emotional needs, they also provided really clear information about their process and how they would work for me to get me back into work.

The roles sent to me were in keeping with my work goals and preferences, and things were turned around in a timely manner.

When securing temporary work placements, the back office support team were amazing and dealt with my emails and enquiries quickly and i always had confidence that they were doing everything they could for me and delivered a great service.
